CNC Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is a cutting-edge technology method that has gained popularity in recent times and is extensively used in the production line for cutting various materials, including rusting or stainless metal materials such as iron, aluminum, and bimetal materials. This technique is mainly utilized in industrial areas during the manufacturing stages. At our production facility, we use CNC Laser Cutting technology for cutting collar, patterned sheet, support sheet, and other similar parts, which helps us shorten production times and reduce error rates by minimizing human error. Aisha Forming partners with industry-leading companies to provide laser cutting services.

CNC Machining Center
Aisha Forming employs CNC Vertical Machining Centers, which use cylindrical cutters oriented vertically on a spindle axis to mill materials. This technology is combined with CNC capabilities to manufacture special shapes, slots, holes, and details in three-dimensional parts. By utilizing the CNC Machining Center technology, we are able to significantly reduce production times for collar production parts, while ensuring that the designed parts are produced identically and in series. At Aisha Forming, all bending operations are conducted in our own CNC Machining Center.

CNC Twisting
Aisha Forming utilizes CNC Abkant Twisting technology to automatically unfold the parts to be bent, determine the back gauge positions, bending sequences, required stroke for bending angles, and ensure compatibility between molds and the parts being bent. This is all made possible by the control unit, provided that material information is defined. Additionally, depending on the type of control unit used, it is possible to monitor bends in three dimensions and check for any collisions during the bending process. By utilizing this technology, we are able to significantly reduce production times for collar production parts while ensuring that the designed parts are produced in the same size and identical manner. At Aisha Forming, all bending processes are carried out in our own structure using our CNC Press Brake.

Argon Welding
Aisha Forming uses Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG welding), a type of shielding gas (Argon) welding process that is part of the melt welding methods. It is highly preferred for its ability to produce high-quality and spatter-free welding seams. TIG welding is a suitable technique for welding stainless steels, aluminum and nickel alloys, as well as thin aluminum and stainless steel sheets. At Aisha Forming, all required welding operations are carried out using our own TIG (Argon) welding machines.

Machining
Machining is the process of shaping a material by removing layers of material from its surface. It is a manufacturing technique that utilizes sharp-edged tool pieces to process raw materials into predetermined shapes and sizes. The pieces that are removed from the surface of the main material are called chips, and the tools used to shape the material are referred to as machining tools. Each machining operation is performed using machine tools, which come in various forms depending on the specific machining method. At Aisha Forming, we utilize various machining machines, including Universal Lathe, Universal Milling Machine, Servo Guide Cutting Machine, and Column Drill, to perform the machining of parts that we require.

Sandblasting
Aisha Forming utilizes sandblasting, a technique used to remove oil, dirt, rust, and corrosion that accumulate on metal surfaces over time. This method helps to extend the service life of the metal by preparing it for painting. Specially manufactured glass ball abrasive materials are used to perform the sandblasting process, which not only removes visible and micronized rust and corrosion from the metal surface but also reveals its essence. At Aisha Forming, all necessary sandblasting operations are performed using our own sandblasting facility.
